Suharti, MA, Phd pada pemaparan beliau yang berjudul, \u201dMembangun SDM Unggul untuk Menyiapkan Generasi Emas Abad 21\u201d. Bahwa kebutuhan SDM yang berkualitas sangat dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi tantangan ke depan. Untuk itu amatlah tepat dan bijak, bila pada setiap diri telah memahami potensi diri, sehingga kita akan bisa menggabungkan bermacam reka potensi, ibarat puzzle-puzzle yang berbeda namun jelas keberadaannya, dapat disusun menjadi mozaik yang sangat indah.<\/p>\n<p>Screening test, merupakan cara kita mendapatkan data primer yang konkrit tentang potensi seseorang. Hasil pelaksanaan screening dapat dibaca\/dianalisa, apakah perlu diperbaiki dulu (mental block) dengan Personality Development atau bisa langsung ditingkatkan dengan Capacity Building.
